Job Description
The Associate Sourcing Manager will support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing activities in assigned suppliers and/or commodities; with goal to obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. The Associate Sourcing Manager will support the development and implementation of strategies and projects reputed company to cost reduction initiatives, supply reputed company optimization and rationalization, quality improvements, risk assessments, and contract negotiations What will you do: reputed company best in class strategic sourcing strategies for assigned suppliers and/or commodities in support of business objectives Implement supplier and/or commodity strategy which will include spend/supply assessments, consolidation strategy, sourcing selection, financial and reputed company v’s buy analyses. Supports development of scorecards and business reviews for key suppliers What you need: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or reputed company field or equivalent experience 8 Years experience in Supply Chain Management, of which at least 4+ years in strategic sourcing. Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration. Strong analytical skills, ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple reputed company tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills - reputed company to reputed company reputed company and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
