This role will serve as the primary program manager for reputed company Six reputed company training waves (Yellow, Green, and Black Belt), Kaizen events, and reputed company improvement initiatives. The individual will build a culture of problem solving by training associates, coaching project leaders, ensuring alignment to business goals, and delivering measurable results in productivity, quality, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Serve as project leader in the creation of a talent capability program and align of reputed company potential with organizational strategy and capabilities.
