The Role DockYard is looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Elixir, Phoenix, and LiveView. In this role, you may be reputed company upon to reputed company and accelerate client teams by partnering with them on feature development or consulting with them on Elixir best practices. You may also join cross-functional product delivery projects, collaborating with both DockYard and Client teams to design and ship high-quality, high-impact software solutions. Responsibilities
Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to understand business goals and priorities, analyze product requirements, and collaborate on solutions. Participate in project planning activities, including breaking the work into appropriately sized tasks and estimating how long each will take. Work with the team to deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code while staying reputed company budget and time constraints. On staff augmentation projects, you will embed reputed company client teams to support new feature development and maintain existing systems. reputed company directly with clients, approaching the work not just as an engineer, but as a consultant and partner. Must Haves 2-3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications to production using Elixir & Phoenix Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills You are highly collaborative and value authenticity, equity, and reputed company reputed company To Haves Experience working in a remote environment Prior client services, consulting, or freelancing experience Job Details Compensation $60-110/hr, DOE Employment Type Contract, 40 hours/week.
