DESCRIPTION: As Sr. Director, Global Services Semiconductor, you will guide strategic growth and operational reputed company at our facility. - Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences manufacturing or reputed company regulated industry
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or reputed company field
- Demonstrated P&L management experience with track record of delivering growth and profitability
- Extensive experience leading operations in FDA/GMP regulated environments
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities to reputed company 3-5 year growth strategies
- Proven ability to build and reputed company high-performing, collaborative teams
- Experience managing customer relationships and partnerships at executive level
- Successfully implemented change management and operational reputed company initiatives
