Five (5) years of experience leading training programs in a private, public, government or military environment. Ten (10) years of experience leading management systems programs in a private, public, government or military environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Five (5)+ years experience in participating in or leading environment, health, safety, programs for a manufacturing or product development organization. Five (5)+ years combined supervisory, management, and project leadership experience. Experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement programs. Strong demonstration of project management skills and ability to manage activities and resources to reputed company targets and objectives. Experience working with Learning and Document Management Systems. Strategic thinker, high attention to detail, process-oriented, ability to reputed company and maintain good working relations with clients, ability to communicate (multi-lingual a plus) broadly, clear/concise writing ability and data documentation style, self-starter.
