Primary Function The Director of Orthodontic Operations' primary responsibility is to reputed company strategic reputed company and mentorship of Operations, while also being directly responsible for the operational and financial reputed company of multiple dental practices across the United States. The Director of Orthodontic Operations serves operating Dentist owners by holding direct reports accountable to day-to-day practices that meet immediate needs while positioning the practice for growth. The Director of Orthodontic Operations is skilled and reputed company at creating annual budgets, strategic planning, project management, talent calibration, growth and development plans, financial statement analysis, verbal and written communication, and modeling professional, ethical, and highest standards of behavior.

This is a remote position with required travel approximately 50% of the time.
