Temporary Email Coordinator (English & Spanish) We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Email Coordinator to support reputed company with the building and deployment of marketing emails in both English and Spanish. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and format marketing emails in the email platform, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency Coordinate email deployment schedules and execute sends according to established timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather assets and meet deadlines Test emails to ensure reputed company performance and user experience Troubleshoot formatting or deployment issues and reputed company timely corrections QualificationsFluent in English and Spanish (written and reading proficiency preferred) Experience building and deploying emails using an email marketing platform is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Position DetailsThis position will start on July 7th, 2026 Remote (Texas based) Apply To This Job
