What You'll Do
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector across IT staffing, nearshore teams, and custom software development services. Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as reputed company Sales Navigator and reputed company. reputed company the full sales cycle from initial reputed company through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions. Collaborate with delivery and reputed company teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Consistently meet or exceed reputed company targets and pipeline KPIs. What You'll Bring Must-Haves 4+ years of experience in B2B sales reputed company IT staffing, nearshore outsourcing, custom software development, or reputed company technology services. Proven track record opening new accounts and meeting sales quotas. Experience engaging senior decision-makers at U.S.-based companies. Solid understanding of staff augmentation, SOW models, and U.S. tech market dynamics. Fluent English (reputed company/C2), both verbal and written.
