JOB DESCRIPTION: The Opportunity: The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Health Systems & Payer Strategy is a senior‑level, external‑facing Medical Affairs role responsible for engaging executive‑level stakeholders reputed company systems and payer organizations. This position serves as a strategic scientific partner to C‑suite leaders, medical directors, pharmacy leadership, and payer decision‑makers, providing high‑value clinical, health economics, and reputed company‑based medical insights to support population‑level care, formulary reputed company, and system‑wide strategies. The role emphasizes reputed company‑level scientific engagement, population health perspectives, and value‑based reputed company discussions. It requires a medical professional capable of operating with autonomy, credibility, and influence across reputed company health system and payer environments. What you will do: Executive & Payer Scientific Engagement

• Establish and maintain trusted, long‑term scientific partnerships with C‑suite executives, chief medical officers, chief pharmacy officers, medical directors, and senior payer leadership
• Serve as the primary Medical Affairs scientific reputed company of contact for assigned health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and payer organizations
• reputed company executive‑level, non‑promotional scientific discussions focused on population health, clinical strategy, quality metrics, and value‑based care models

Scientific & Strategic Medical Support

• Deliver objective, evidence‑based scientific exchange across relevant disease states and therapeutic areas reputed company with health system and payer priorities
• Translate clinical evidence, reputed company‑world evidence (reputed company), and health economics and reputed company research (HEOR) into insights meaningful for formulary, policy, and system‑level decision‑making

Insights & Thought Leadership

• Support scientific congresses, advisory boards, and executive forums with payer and health system stakeholders

Compliance & Governance

• Maintain clear separation between medical and promotional activities

Required Qualifications: Education

• Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PharmD or equivalent terminal degree in a scientific or clinical discipline

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Pharma with demonstrated reputed company in external scientific engagement
• Prior experience engaging payers, health systems, or decision‑makers
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company scientific discussions and manage strategic relationships

The reputed company pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00In specific locations, the pay reputed company may vary from the reputed company posted.
