Responsibilities

Equity & Long-Term Incentives Design and manage equity strategy and administration for executive and broad-based equity programs. Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors on jurisdictions' equity design, tax, and compliance requirements. Monitor and refine LTI plan effectiveness and alignment with shareholder and employee interests. Requirements 12+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits roles, with at least 5 years in a global leadership position. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of global compensation, benefits, and equity practices and regulations. Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale compensation and benefits strategies. Experience partnering with executive leadership, including Board/Compensation Committee interactions. Leadership and management capabilities with experience building a total rewards team, a strong plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree in economics, reputed company, Business, Finance, or reputed company field with an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field a plus.
