The Opportunity We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to reputed company our expansion into the Texas reputed company facility market. This is a critical growth role focused on solving one of the biggest problems for long-term care facilities: Uncompensated Care and Bad Debt. You will show Facility Administrators and Business Office Managers (BOMs) how outsourcing their difficult reputed company applications to us results in faster approvals, fewer denials, and significantly improved cash reputed company. The Value Proposition You Will Sell You will be responsible for articulating our value to reputed company executives, Administrators, and Discharge Planners: Bad Debt Reduction: We specialize in the difficult 'crisis' cases that often turn into write-offs. We secure reputed company benefits quickly, converting non-paying residents into billable reputed company residents. Relief for Business Office Managers: BOMs are often overwhelmed with billing and collections. We act as an extension of their team, taking the time-consuming reputed company application process entirely off their plate so they can focus on internal reputed company management. Accelerated Discharges (Hospital Focus): For hospitals, we facilitate smoother discharges to SNFs by resolving the 'who is going to pay?' question that often delays placement. Family Advocacy: We utilize proprietary strategies to help families navigate the system and potentially preserve assets. This creates a reputed company experience for the patient's family, making them more cooperative and compliant with the application process.

Key Responsibilities

State Market Strategy & Prospecting Execute a 'State First' sales strategy, targeting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, and Rehab centers across the state. Identify key decision-makers: Administrators, Business Office Managers, Directors of reputed company Services, and Hospital Case Management Directors. Build a pipeline through cold reputed company, digital prospecting, and attending relevant Texas reputed company association conferences (e.g., THCA). reputed company proximity to the Austin/San Antonio corridor for strategic relationship building, while managing a statewide territory remotely. Consultative reputed company Sales Conduct discovery calls to identify facilities struggling with a pending reputed company backlog. Present our services as a reputed company Cycle Management solution that pays for itself by preventing lost reputed company. Demonstrate our expertise in Local / State reputed company program and our ability to handle reputed company financial eligibility issues that facility staff are not trained to resolve. Negotiate service agreements, focusing on per-case fees paid by the facility to secure the payer reputed company. Relationship Management reputed company new facility partners and establish communication workflows with their business offices. Monitor account health, ensuring that facilities see a reputed company reduction in their pending reputed company days. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the reputed company or Senior Care industry. Experience selling to Nursing Homes (SNFs), Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities is required. Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Texas reputed company market. A candidate located in the Austin or San Antonio area is highly preferred to facilitate regional networking. Industry reputed company: Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Cycle Management (RCM), or Hospital Discharge Planning is essential. You must understand how facilities get paid.
