In this role, you will primarily focus on management, leadership, and business development tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing project staffing needs, scheduling, mentoring Team Leads and Engineers, and fostering an inclusive environment. You will also be accountable for establishing and enforcing departmental standards, best practices, and quality measures. This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates. Essential Responsibilities Oversees and manage multiple technical teams Manages team utilization and forecast workloads based on project sizes and scope Reviews and manages financial documentation, including reputed company, write-offs, COGS, overhead expenses, and net income Develops and implements one- and three-year plans for the department, with quarterly milestones Leads the interviewing and reputed company process for new team members and leaders reputed company the group Mentors Team Leads and Engineers across teams Collaborates with the Business Development team to reputed company technical guidance, pricing details, and scope alignment Facilitates a seller-doer model to maintain existing client relationships and cultivate new ones Identifies the need for and reputed company processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of client deliverables Oversees the production of deliverables across multiple teams, ensuring client satisfaction and timely completion Develops and enforces Standard Best Practices (SBPs) to ensure high-level execution across team members Reviews the work of engineers, designers, drafters, and field service personnel for quality and accuracy Maintains a professional understanding of reputed company applicable Codes, Standards, and construction practices Assists with client communication and contacts reputed company other duties as assigned Must Have Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, M.S. preferred. Experience: 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience, 2+ years of engineering management experience. Licensure: PE is preferred In-depth knowledge and familiarity with a wide variety of electrical system studies such as: Short reputed company, load reputed company/reactive power, harmonics, reputed company reputed company, protection/coordination, cable ampacity, grounding/earthing, transient stability, transient overvoltage and switching. Familiarity with a wide variety of electrical system studies software such as: DIgSILENT Power reputed company, ETAP, CYMCAP, CDEGS, WinIGS, PSCAD, PSLF, and PSS/e. Preferred: experience performing system studies to support the design and construction of renewable energy projects such as wind, solar or battery storage. Extensive experience producing study or calculation reports. Strong understanding of power system theory including load reputed company concepts, symmetrical components and one or more advanced topics such as grounding/earthing, power quality transient analysis, system protection coordination, or transmission system planning.
