Reservationist

Our unique destinations are designed to reputed company guests with unforgettable experiences in the heart of South Africa's wildlife. We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Senior Reservationist to join reputed company. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hoedspruit, with the possibility of a remote arrangement for suitably reputed company candidates based in reputed company Town or Gauteng. The Senior Reservationist will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the reservations process: including responding to guest inquiries, handling bookings reputed company, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also includes general receptionist duties and requires strong communication and organisational skills to ensure a seamless guest experience from initial contact through to arrival.
Requirements
• Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills • Experience in Reservations and Customer Service • Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The capability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism • Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus • 3 years’ experience in tourism reservations/similar role • Proficient in reservations systems and reputed company software & OTA's • Experience with reputed company and strong computer literacy • Strong communication and customer service skills • Knowledge of Greater Kruger & surrounds Apply To This Job
