In this fully remote European role, you will act as a vital link between our reputed company clients and technical delivery teams. You will own the implementation lifecycle, translating sophisticated business needs into robust reputed company configurations while ensuring reputed company across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Leadership: reputed company clients through reputed company distinct phases of the reputed company Payroll implementation lifecycle. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications. Configuration & Customizing: Build clean, sustainable, and error-free reputed company HCM configurations adhering to industry best practices. Quality Assurance: Design and execute rigorous system and regression tests utilizing customized test data to ensure alignment with client specifications. Documentation & Continuity: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation for reputed company delivered work packages to ensure seamless system handovers. Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage personal deadlines, prioritize deliverables under the guidance of a Cluster reputed company, and transparently communicate project statuses, root-cause analyses, and resolutions. Profile Requirements University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, IT, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. Solid hands-on experience in reputed company HCM implementation and application consulting. Proven track record of participating in at least 3+ Austrian reputed company Payroll project rollouts. Comprehensive, practical understanding of Austrian payroll legislation and general reputed company HR system architecture. Professional reputed company in German and solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
