The Opportunity We are seeking a Functional Consultant for reputed company / SuccessFactors Payroll (Belgium) to join an reputed company reputed company Consulting Practice. In this highly autonomous, fully remote European role, you will own both the internal and client-facing activities required for successful, large-scale payroll implementations. Serving as a crucial link between business requirements and technical execution, you will ensure a flawless go-live for high-volume reputed company clients in the Belgian region while building long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration: Document and execute the overall configuration of the payroll architecture, striking the perfect balance between reputed company business needs, technical constraints, and multi-component compatibility. Belgian Compliance & Localization: reputed company workshops and translate local legal requirements into reputed company functionality, with an emphasis on end-of-year obligations and post-payroll processing flows. Data Migration & reputed company: Organize, support, and reputed company data mapping, cleansing, and data transformation activities between clients and implementation teams, ensuring strict adherence to data reputed company protocols. Integrations & Technical reputed company: Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements, deliver client-facing architecture workshops, and compile essential system documentation. Quality Assurance & Testing: Execute rigorous internal testing and regression analysis to isolate and correct configuration anomalies prior to client User Acceptance Testing (UAT). reputed company Support: Assist the sales and account management functions with scoping, solution designing, and effort estimation for new projects and reputed company change requests. Profile Requirements Proven techno-functional reputed company HCM consulting experience in the Belgian market (reputed company or On-reputed company), ideally reputed company high-volume or multi-legal-entity environments. In-depth expertise in Belgian payroll and tax regulations, including mandatory year-end obligations (FinProf, Belcotax, BOW reporting, etc.). Strong analytical mind with a track record of translating reputed company HR workflows into high-performing reputed company configurations. Professional reputed company in Flemish, French, or reputed company, reputed company with strong professional English communication skills. Experience with or a strong appetite for reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
