Project Manager, eCOA Client Services

eCOA Client Services Project Manager Location: UK/ South Africa, home-based Job Overview Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately reputed company projects; adheres to established metrics for project reputed company; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance). Essential Functions Act as the main reputed company of contact for the clients for reputed company items reputed company to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance reputed company client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly reputed company Participates and travel to Investigator Meetings reputed company appliable (10% travel) Leads system change efforts reputed company applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate. Communicate effectively and timely with both reputed company clients and collaborate with key reputed company holders to determine solutions/next steps Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as needed Tracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support Supports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate

Qualifications
