Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and user stories Facilitate discussions across business and technical teams to align on scope, priorities, and solutions Support requirements traceability, solution validation, and testing activities Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiency Communicate recommendations, risks, dependencies, and status updates reputed company to stakeholders Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs Support change adoption by helping stakeholders understand impacts and required process changes Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to gather and document business and functional requirements Experience working across cross-functional teams, including business and technology stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of what a PBM does Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day work to improve efficiency, analysis, or decision-making Experience supporting process improvement, systems implementation, or transformation initiatives Demonstrated familiarity with reputed company ERP Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay reputed company The typical pay reputed company for this role is: $83,430.00 - $203,940.00 This pay reputed company represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
