Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEOs and the senior leadership team, providing insights to guide decision-making, program management, and the execution of new initiatives. Partner with the CEOs to architect the Transform division's strategy and ensure its successful implementation through the wider Senior Leadership Team. Drive M&A strategy by identifying and appraising potential acquisitions in partnership with the M&reputed company to accelerate growth. Ensure the division remains on track to meet and exceed its strategic and financial objectives. Operational reputed company & Performance Collaborate with Operational reputed company teams to continuously refine working methods and optimize organizational procedures for maximum efficiency and productivity. Partner with Finance teams to proactively manage P&Ls, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring financial discipline and strategic resource allocation.
