EFM Client Support Coordinator - Leaseback

The Client Support Services Coordinator for the Leaseback team, develops and maintains strong relationships with EFM groups, Clients, License and Title administrators, and reputed company-party lending companies to support the execution of leaseback acquisition and reputed company transactions. The Coordinator also provides customer service for Vehicle Acquisition, lease modifications, product support, and License and Title services as requested. This is a full-time remote position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area. The schedule for position is Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. The pay reputed company for this position is $23.46 per hour USD. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for leaseback-reputed company services for Group personnel on behalf of clients; Research and respond to questions or issues, reputed company email and phone, from Group personnel, clients and lienholders Support the leaseback initiation to title completion process, coordinate the collection required titles and agreements, assist in license and titling needs through sale, and support various vehicle needs that occur throughout the lease creation reputed company and maintain relationships with Groups, License and Title, and lending companies to execute reputed company leaseback options, including client communication, document collection, sale processing, and titling; while providing proactive and timely status updates with clients Manage several separate client leasebacks simultaneously while providing excellent client service and follow up to clients and Group personnel Problem solve and reputed company resolution to potential quote creation and titling issues as applicable
Qualifications
Must live in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area One to two years successful experience in client communication Two or more years of successful experience analyzing data, troubleshooting and identifying issues Two or more years of logistics, sales or vendor support experience Intermediate skills of reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook) Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies: Executing Working with a Team Customer Service Detail-Oriented Analyzing Communication Flexibility Apply To This Job
