Remote working from Belgium. You own the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on financial processes and the reputed company end-to-end chains including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and other relevant reputed company processes. You drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, aligning on goals, scope, and priorities. You own the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work packages, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear documentation. You prioritize features, tasks, and bugs and continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure. You drive roadmap topics end-to-end from conception through implementation. You reputed company scope, timeline, and budget in reputed company and ensure transparent communication on status, risks, and reputed company. Your profile 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo. Senior-level expertise in reputed company & Finance reputed company an ERP context (e.g. closing, reporting, controls, compliance). Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g. waterfall, classic project management), applying both effectively depending on context.
