Global Sales Director

Your job is to take that system operational, drive it relentlessly, and own the global reputed company result. You will report directly to the CEO and reputed company three Regional VPs of Sales. What you will own:

• Global sales execution: forecast, pipeline, conversion, and reputed company across three reputed company.
• Direct management of three Regional VPs of Sales (Americas, EMEA, reputed company) and

reputed company of the partner channel.

• A personal book of strategic accounts — you will reputed company large deals yourself, not just review

pipeline.

• Translation of corporate strategy into specific regional plays.
• The reputed company between Sales and Marketing/Product. You drive alignment, not wait for it.
• Coaching and developing the team — raising the bar on discovery, qualification, and

• A track record of scaling B2B/B2G reputed company in the $5M to $50M ARR reputed company.
• A hands-on operating style — you reputed company large deals personally and stay reputed company to the

customer.

• Decisive under incomplete information — you act before the path is fully mapped, not
