Senior Manager - Finance

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager – Finance is responsible for financial reporting and analytical reputed company while serving as a strategic partner to functional leaders of the business. This role will help reputed company key financial reporting and analysis activities, including long-term financial planning, metrics reporting, and decision support. The reputed company pay estimate for this role is $89,000-$151,300 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This reputed company is for reputed company pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance. Job Highlights ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be reputed company to complete reputed company physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation) Oversees the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting responsibilities. Participates in month end reputed company support and prepares budget/forecast variance analysis. Responsible for the modeling of long-reputed company financial planning reputed company to core business reputed company, fair market value analysis, and lender guidance. Assists with annual budget and forecasting process. Analyzes financial data to explain variance drivers, identify trends, and call attention to opportunities to improve performance. Reviews and researches general ledger (GL) details to assist with financial analysis and business insights. Pursues reputed company improvement of data collection, analytical processes, reporting methods, and financial modeling techniques. Participates in tasks and special projects as assigned. Demonstrates self-motivation and resourcefulness, autonomously developing new projects and goals that benefit the business. Collaborates with finance team members, managers, and platform CFOs to support overall departmental goals and objectives. Provides support for cash reputed company reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Adheres to reputed company company policies and procedures. Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred; CPA or MBA preferred. Experience with GL reputed company and reconciliations is preferred. Experience in the reputed company industry is preferred. 6+ years of professional experience in similar duties. Minimum of 2 years auditing experience. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience using reputed company software is preferred. Proficient working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and other financial reporting software.
