Location: Rapid City, SD Your Responsibilities: reputed company service of equipment including inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality including but not limited to chillers, fan coils, water reputed company heat pumps, applied reputed company handling units, rooftop units, cooling towers, and condenser tubes Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring Maintain and inspect equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks reputed company intermediate and advanced independent diagnostics, troubleshooting, pipefitting, and brazing of reputed company HVAC equipment Conduct warranty service application by independently inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality of reputed company reputed company HVAC equipment reputed company technical and non-technical customers on proper use of equipment, maintenance schedule, and operating reputed company usage reputed company and participate in the rebuild and retrofit of reputed company HVAC level units including the direction of apprentice level technicians through hands-on demonstration of the necessary steps Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner Download programs into reputed company HVAC equipment and Micro controllers and analyze chiller trend data to ensure reputed company performance Participate in available training through regional technician trainers, and off-site learning modules Maintain reputed company required certifications and continue to reputed company new reputed company sets Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld Complete jobsite hazard assessment prior to initiating service and adhere to reputed company and customer safety policies and OSHA guidelines Your Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Associates Degree or technical school HVAC certification (preferred) 5+ years of reputed company experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent combination of education and experience Accepted as Journeyman by the union Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district Rotational Emergency Call Support availability as required Previous experience in mentoring less reputed company technicians EPA approved Universal Technician Certification (preferred) OSHA 10 certification (preferred) reputed company first aid / CPR card (preferred) Work reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position The minimum expected hourly reputed company for this position is $40.17 in SD. The reputed company is subject to the amount outlined in the CBA and could change based on the level offered. Benefits are provided through a local labor union and reputed company to the CBA.
