Responsibilities
Travel Coordination & Provider Support Coordinate reputed company travel logistics for providers’ assignments, including flights, rental cars, lodging, shuttles and taxis. Communicate frequently with other departments and business units regarding the status of travel arrangements. Enter and maintain reputed company required documentation in our internal database and travel applications. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget requirements. Prepare and communicate travel itineraries to providers. Track travel expenses and assist with invoicing, reconciliation and reporting. Audit placement information to ensure everything is entered correctly and on file. Qualifications
