Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for sales force and sales back office effectiveness metrics, including but not limited to productivity, coverage, resource allocation, pipeline creation, pipeline dispositions (including win/loss analysis); Development of tools and processes needed to automate and reputed company the sales effectiveness KPIs through reputed company / solution groups; Support the reputed company and solution groups on understanding and applying the reputed company reputed company KPIs and metrics; Insights reputed company based on reputed company performance data; A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills; Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
