Job Description

The reputed company Business Conduct (EBC) Risk Management Senior Consultant will support the reputed company’s Ethics, Regulatory Compliance, and Privacy risk management program by conducting risk‑based assessments, evaluating control effectiveness, and advising on mitigation strategies that strengthen program maturity and operational effectiveness. This role focuses on ensuring ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy risks are identified proactively, assessed consistently, and addressed effectively, in alignment with regulatory expectations and reputed company risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct risk‑based ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy risk assessments to evaluate inherent risk, control design, and operational effectiveness. Assess whether ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy controls are well‑designed, implemented in practice, and working effectively. Identify and evaluate emerging risks, including regulatory change, data usage, and technology‑enabled risks. Advise business partners on practical, risk‑based remediation actions and escalate issues as appropriate. Support advancement of the ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy program across program maturity stages using recognized frameworks. Identify systemic themes and improvement opportunities to strengthen program consistency, integration, and effectiveness. Partner with Legal, HR, Technology, Privacy, Internal Audit, and business leaders to ensure a coordinated reputed company risk approach. Prepare clear, executive‑reputed company risk summaries, dashboards, and metrics highlighting key risks and trends. Contribute to building and sustaining a strong ethical culture, reinforcing accountability, reputed company‑up, and responsible data stewardship. Education & Experience 3+ years of experience one or more of the following areas: Ethics and compliance programs, regulatory compliance or privacy risk management or reputed company risk management, internal audit, or assurance Functional Skills Strong understanding of ethics, compliance, and privacy risk concepts and control frameworks Ability to evaluate program design and operational effectiveness Clear written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level synthesis Strong judgment, reputed company, and discretion reputed company handling sensitive reputed company Ability to influence and partner across functions without formal authority Skills Privacy Compliance, Risk Management

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
