You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll processes, configure reputed company Payroll to meet their specific requirements, and ensure a smooth transition from their existing payroll systems. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll processes, business requirements, and regulatory compliance needs. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather functional and technical requirements for configuring reputed company Payroll. Configure reputed company Payroll based on client requirements and best practices. Manage data migration activities to ensure accurate and timely transfer of payroll data into reputed company. reputed company and execute test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of configured payroll processes. Advise on variances in results between legacy and reputed company Payroll. Conduct system integration testing with other modules reputed company reputed company HCM. reputed company comprehensive training to client stakeholders on using reputed company Payroll effectively. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to address client queries and reputed company ongoing support during and after implementation. Create project plans and timelines for implementation activities.
