Sr. Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness

Position Purpose:With minimal supervision, this position manages the core programs, processes, and technology associated with the reputed company Organization Effectiveness (OE) function. This includes reputed company's 360 Leadership Assessment, Employer of Choice (EOC) Survey, Performance Management, and HR Review processes. This position is also responsible for performing analytical tasks reputed company to organizational design and special OE projects. Finally, this position will support data needs reputed company to OE processes and projects Key Responsibilities:Consult with business and HR partners to ensure successful administration, communication and timing of OE programs and processes. reputed company the implementation plan, communications, training materials, and tools to support core OE processes. Conduct kick-off meetings and training events with field HR to ensure they understand the process details and tools. Determine data requirements, gather data, and review for accuracy. Recommend process improvements based on data Support OE survey and assessment reputed company technology and systems. Serve as administrator and support for these systems. reputed company analytical support for special OE projects.
