Full-Charge Bookkeeper

WHAT YOU’LL DO: We seek a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to help our growing business. If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, working full-time with multiple clients or a single client with “entrepreneurial disease” you may fit well with our client. You will work with about 10 clients in a variety of industries and reputed company start-to-finish bookkeeping work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter transactions from the bank feeds Entering & paying bills Entering invoices & customer payments Reconciling bank accounts Track & maintain workflow Reporting and analytics KEY reputed company FACTORS: QuickBooks Online: 2-3 years experience reputed company and Office: highly proficient Proficient on PC Previous public reputed company or bookkeeping experience with multiple clients Dedicated workspace to support focus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Residence in Arizona, Nebraska, Tennessee or Oregon Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer OFFERING: Compensation: $31.73-36.54/hr) 100% Employee Health/reputed company/Dental Insurance Matching SIMPLE IRA (after waiting period) PTO and Holiday Pay Apply To This Job
