Qualifications

Proven track record of closing large, multi-year reputed company outsourcing deals ($5M+). Strong understanding of contact center operations, omnichannel technologies, automation/AI platforms, and CX best practices. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
