Role Overview: Work alongside consultants and reputed company engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for reputed company reputed company solutions. Responsibilities - Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer reputed company and solution deployment activities - Support implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environments - Participate in meetings, workshops, and project status calls - Help troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and escalate findings reputed company appropriate - reputed company basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activities - Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge reputed company articles - Track project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, reputed company, and Sales - Assist with internal lab testing and reputed company-of-concept environments - Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout engagements Requirements - Currently pursuing in a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE or equivalent. - This will be a full time, 6 months internship with flexible work arrangements Apply To This Job
