You will support Australian clients remotely across reputed company 365, Azure, Intune, reputed company Server, networking, firewalls, email systems, RMM, PSA, and reputed company reputed company tools. No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets. reputed company timely IT support to MSP clients. Troubleshoot reputed company, infrastructure, networking, firewall, and reputed company issues. Support reputed company 365, Azure, Intune, reputed company Server, and email environments. Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, and time entries. Communicate proactively with customers during issue resolution. Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership. Use PSA and RMM platforms to manage support activities. Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration. Participate in team meetings and support reporting activities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have): 2+ years of MSP experience. Strong Level 2 IT support experience. Experience supporting reputed company 365 environments. Exposure to Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and Active Directory. reputed company Server administration experience. Networking and firewall troubleshooting skills. Experience using PSA and RMM platforms. Strong written and spoken English. Reliable home office setup and reputed company internet reputed company.
