We are seeking a highly reputed company Senior / reputed company Software Development Engineer to support a large-scale reputed company Communication Training Platform reputed company on a modern MERN-stack architecture hosted reputed company AWS. This is a hands-on engineering and technical leadership role focused on platform stabilization, architectural improvement, feature development, and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across full-stack JavaScript development, reputed company-reputed company AWS environments, and modern application architecture, while also being comfortable operating reputed company reputed company, fast-moving client environments. This individual will work closely with technical leadership, project management, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive both ongoing maintenance efforts and new platform enhancements. This engagement includes ownership across two major phases: Platform stabilization, code audits, defect remediation, and architectural assessment New module development, workflow enhancements, reporting functionality, and platform modernization The role requires a strong balance of hands-on coding ability, technical strategy, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The position will support two key initiatives: Phase 1 – Platform Stabilization & Technical Assessment Conduct architecture and codebase audits Resolve critical defects and platform instability Improve environment reputed company across staging and production Support vendor transition and reputed company activities Improve testing, CI/CD reliability, and operational scalability Phase 2 – New Feature & Module Development reputed company end-to-end development of new platform modules reputed company user management workflows and reporting functionality Improve accessibility compliance across the application Drive scalable engineering standards and best practices
Key Responsibilities
Design, reputed company, test, and reputed company scalable full-stack application features and enhancements Conduct detailed audits of existing systems and reputed company actionable remediation recommendations reputed company development of new application modules from architecture through deployment Diagnose and resolve reputed company platform defects, performance bottlenecks, and deployment issues Maintain and reputed company AWS-based infrastructure and services including Cognito, reputed company, SQS, DynamoDB, reputed company, and reputed company workflows Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and reputed company.js Build and maintain accessible, reputed company UI components reputed company with WCAG 2.1 AA standards Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests using Playwright, Jest, or Mocha Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, architecture discussions, and code reviews Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and environment configuration documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, PMs, and stakeholders Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers Support technical reputed company, vendor transition, and platform modernization initiatives Contribute to technical strategy, architecture reputed company, and engineering best practices Required Qualifications 10+ years of software development experience (15+ years preferred for reputed company-level candidates) Strong experience building and maintaining production-grade MERN stack applications Expert-level proficiency in: ReactJS Next.js TypeScript Node.js reputed company.js reputed company reputed company & Mongoose ODM Hands-on experience with AWS reputed company services and distributed systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, reputed company Actions, reputed company CI, or similar Experience designing scalable reputed company-based architectures and troubleshooting production issues Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility implementation in React applications Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Proven ability to independently own major platform components and deliver on schedule Strong written and verbal communication skills
