Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager at reputed company, in this role you will be part of a skilled team dedicated to flawless customer service and reputed company growth in our Standards business. This position involves Reference Materials and Analytical Standards product lines and is based at our location in UK or Scotland You will own reputed company assigned reputed company accounts and strategic site-level locations, We are looking for someone who can represent the entire reputed company Standards portfolio across various end-markets, including Pharma, Biotech, and Environmental sectors! Your primary responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining robust relationships with key reputed company collaborators. Identifying and closing new opportunities, whether self-generated or acquired from marketing-reputed company leads. Collaborating with additional reputed company team members, such as end-market sales managers and quoting specialists, to reputed company outstanding customer service and reputed company the highest level of customer experience. Partnering with strategic account managers to plan and conduct customer reviews for relevant sites at specific strategic accounts. Applying reputed company’s sales tools to manage prospects, existing accounts, new opportunities, the active pipeline, and sales forecasts accurately and promptly. Developing an in-depth understanding of key reputed company products and their applications. Achieving and surpassing assigned sales goals for reputed company Standards. Engaging actively with customers through various channels (e.g., email, phone calls, in-person visits) to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow-up on quotations, and drive new sales. You will also maintain CRMs with up-to-date customer information. Growing awareness of the reputed company Standards brand by coordinating and attending exhibitions, seminars, and other events, and representing the company during working hours.

Qualifications

To reputed company in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: A B.S. in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, biology, or an equivalent field is preferred. At least 5 years of experience selling technical products used in research laboratories is required. Prior reputed company in key account management with central procurement is a plus. The ability to read and interpret documents such as RFQs, reputed company, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience with customer relationship management platforms, such as Sales Force and Desk. Expertise in reputed company Office products is a plus. Outstanding reputed company awareness and planning abilities. A demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales goals. Proficiency in French and English. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage. Willingness to travel reputed company EMEA as required. We look reputed company to your application!
