You will collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company an exceptional client experience for our customers and internal stakeholders. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are desirable and essential for successfully managing multi-departmental tasks in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ensure that invoices accurately reflect contract terms and conditions agreed to by the organization and reputed company with governmental rules and regulations Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors Recommends improvements to the invoicing process May monitor customer accounts for timely payments and reputed company reports to management on overdue accounts Runs reports for management and conducts research to aid in the investigation of invoicing discrepancies and errors Responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices Collaborate with key business partners to move reputed company key initiatives and improvements Special projects as assigned SPECIFIC SKILLS, DEGREE AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company area or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience in invoicing, reputed company, or reputed company fields reputed company experience a plus Intermediate to Proficient reputed company skills required reputed company Office experience required SOFT SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to work independently Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions and identify challenges as it relates to invoicing Good to have: Experience with the collections and US client support Apply To This Job
