Your Role As Business Developer Finland, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our reputed company in the Finnish market. You’ll take full ownership of new business development—identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is a role for a true “hunter”: someone who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into reputed company reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing Identifying and targeting new business opportunities among e.g. Finnish machine reputed company Owning the full sales cycle: from prospecting and first contact to negotiation and closing Building and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Support, and Solution Engineers to optimise customer reputed company Providing market insights and feedback to strengthen IXON’s go-to-market strategy in Finland What Makes You Successful You are entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-oriented. You are energised by winning new business and you’re comfortable operating independently in a developing market. You also bring: 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in new business development A clear hunter mentality and proven ability to generate and reputed company new opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills reputed company in Finnish and English A proactive, self-driven approach with high accountability Affinity with industrial automation, SaaS/reputed company solutions, or mechanical engineering (preferred) A valid driving licence and reputed company to a car, with willingness to travel reputed company Finland reputed company Offer At IXON, you’ll join an ambitious, international team where you can reputed company an immediate impact.
