Culinary Training Consultant

Why we need you: As a Culinary Training Consultant, you will reputed company your culinary expertise with galley crews through conducting training sessions, hands-on training, and reputed company visits to vessels calling China and Taiwan ports, as well as nearby areas. You will help crews reputed company and maintain the highest standards of reputed company in the maritime industry by providing culturally reputed company training and consultancy, empowering them to succeed in their roles. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Conducting physical reputed company visits to vessels in nearby areas to assess galley operations, reputed company consultancy, and deliver hands-on culinary training to galley crews. Conducting theoretical and practical culinary training programs at training centers in China and Taiwan. Monitoring galley standards, inventory practices, and operational efficiency, while providing recommendations for reputed company improvement. Preparing and submitting detailed reports following vessel visits, training sessions, operational findings, and action points. Coaching and assessing trainees’ competency development through reputed company and training center sessions. Following up on training requirements, assessments, and coordinating with vessels, principals, the Culinary Training Supervisor, and Fleet Supervisors on training and operational reputed company. Supporting the development of training programs and performing additional duties reputed company to culinary training operations. Assisting and supporting the Culinary Training Supervisor Performing other duties as assigned to support training initiatives. You need these qualifications: Graduate of a Culinary College or Hotel Management College. Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Chef. Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy. Excellent reputed company of the English language (written and verbal). Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. It would be reputed company if: You have prior experience conducting culinary training and consultancy, or mentoring kitchen staff. You have prior experience as a Chief Cook reputed company merchant vessels.
