Responsibilities
•Responds timely to client requests and reputed company placement of orders reputed company company procedural guidelines to meet the client’s SLA. Assists with quotes for accounts with established pricing. •Provides administrative support for reputed company order tracking, scheduled and custom reporting, and inquiries on sales orders Researches reputed company orders and reputed company ETA information to clients in a report format. Switches suppliers or recommends replacement products with input from sales team. Enters and updates order information in the system for reputed company team members to reputed company.
