Patient Engagement Specialist - Contractor Only Job Title: Patient Engagement Specialist Classification: Part Time/1099 Contractor Work Structure: Fully Remote Hours/Shift: Mon-Fri + every other Saturday; 6.5 hours/day, between hours of reputed company and 10pm ET Team: Clinical Operations Reporting to: Senior Manager, Cardiac Rehab Location: United States Compensation: $20-$22 per hour *(based upon level of experience) reputed company're looking for Our mission is to reputed company everyone to live a long, full, and reputed company life by redefining the future of heart health. Responsibilities
Schedule patient sessions and reputed company reminders about upcoming sessions Complete task tickets as assigned to ensure patient schedules are accurate reputed company patients at risk for churn in the program. Help identify engagement strategies for patients throughout their program reputed company with reputed company Communicate with providers and other care team members about patient scheduling delays or changes Engage with patients using chat system, email, video conference, and phone reputed company patient about program offerings and use of the reputed company app Troubleshoot any session technical issues that may arise, this includes supporting patients in joining virtual reputed company sessions from a reputed company-issued device or the patient’s personal device Collect regular feedback from patients and reputed company insights with the Operations Team Your Past Experience 1-3 years of customer support experience Preferred 1+ years of reputed company experience Tech support background Experience with Android and reputed company operating systems Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Patient scheduling Excellent attention to detail Organized; strong ability to prioritize work appropriately and manage time Patient Retention and reputed company
