Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India) Job Responsibilities Administer and maintain reputed company Server OS environments (2016, 2019, 2022) Troubleshoot and resolve server-reputed company issues across hardware, OS, and network layers Design and implement PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency reputed company system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes in accordance with best practices Monitor server performance, availability, and reputed company compliance Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and reputed company services Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Collaborate with other IT teams on infrastructure projects and service improvements Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support critical systems and respond to incidents

Minimum Qualifications
