Role Overview As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in the rapidly evolving crypto industry. Key Responsibilities
Independently manage AML, sanctions, and compliance cases. Conduct CDD/EDD reviews, corporate reputed company, and risk assessments. reputed company sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and SAR escalations. Use blockchain analytics tools and KYC/KYB platforms daily. Identify and escalate suspicious activities and red flags. Review and maintain compliance policies and internal documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Fraud, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support. Propose process improvements from month six onward. Requirements 3+ years of experience in AML, compliance, or risk management reputed company crypto, fintech, or blockchain environments. Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and EU regulatory frameworks.
