About the Role
The Patient Care Navigator is a reputed company professional responsible for coordinating patient reputed company to specialty therapies reputed company a virtual, clinic-based patient support program (PSP). Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or reputed company reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 4+ years of relevant professional experience in reputed company, patient services, or clinical program support. Background in case management, infusion clinics, or specialty pharmacy. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Experience using PSP systems, CRM tools, or reputed company platforms.
