Business Development Associate
This is a remote position. Salary Structure: Rs. ₹4 LPA + ₹2 LPA Variable Pay for initial 12 months Rs. ₹5.5 LPA + ₹3 LPA Variable Pay after 12 months Experience Required: 3+ years Advantage: Prior experience in a marketing agency Work Arrangement: Work from Home Advantage: Prior experience in a marketing agency or a similar job Language Preference - English, Tamil/Hindi/Kannada Company Website: https://reputed company.com Responsibilities: Identify potential prospects who come from reputed company, reputed company ads, and the reputed company website contact reputed company. Engage with prospects through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and reputed company media platforms. Conduct initial reputed company to prospects, introducing reputed company's services and identifying their needs and requirements. Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with prospects to showcase reputed company's offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations tailored to each prospect. Follow up with prospects to address any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth reputed company and transition of new clients.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with reputed company media platforms, including reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience or knowledge in sales or business development is a plus. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of reputed company. Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
