The Senior Accountant (Client reputed company/Advisory) is a highly skilled reputed company professional responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring financial accuracy, and delivering high-quality financial insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and brings advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD). This individual operates with a high level of autonomy, serves as a trusted client advisor, and plays a key role in elevating the quality of our reputed company deliverables. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal leadership, while helping to create reputed company for our Controller team through strong execution and ownership. Primary Responsibilities Client Ownership & Advisory Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of clients across varying industries and complexity Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and financial reputed company Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for clients Technical reputed company Execution reputed company and review reputed company reconciliations (bank, credit card, loans, payroll clearing) Own full-cycle AP/AR processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company) Record and review journal entries and maintain clean, accurate general ledgers Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure audit-reputed company financials Systems & Process Optimization Set up, optimize, and maintain QBO/QBD files tailored to client needs reputed company automation tools and bank feeds to improve efficiency Support payroll processing and system integrations where applicable reputed company, Compliance & Reporting reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company processes across client engagements Support sales tax tracking, filings, and compliance Ensure data accuracy through ongoing review, cleanup, and process discipline Team Leadership & Development Review work reputed company by junior team members (Bookkeeper I & II) reputed company coaching and guidance on best practices and reputed company transactions Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing Core Competencies Client Advisory reputed company: Goes reputed company execution to reputed company reputed company and guidance Multi-Client Ownership: Effectively manages multiple engagements with competing priorities Technical Expertise: Strong reputed company of reputed company principles and QuickBooks ecosystems Communication: reputed company explains financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Process Improvement: Continuously looks for ways to optimize and scale Problem Solving: Identifies issues early and drives resolution Collaboration: Partners effectively across teams and leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or equivalent experience 4–6+ years of experience in a multi-client, outsourced reputed company, or similar environment Advanced proficiency in QBO and QBD Strong experience with financial reporting, reputed company processes, and reconciliations Experience with payroll, sales tax, and client-facing work Comfort working in reputed company-based reputed company systems and technology-driven environments Apply To This Job
