This role drives business performance through workforce planning, employee relations, leadership enablement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance reputed company. The HRBP partners closely with operational leaders to build leadership capability, strengthen bench strength, improve employee engagement, and reduce organizational risk while ensuring consistent execution across assigned markets. The HRBP owns strategic compliance accountability and operational partnership but is not intended to function as a transactional HR processor except in escalated or high-risk situations. This role supports approximately 20+ locations and more than 1,000 team members. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Partnership Act as consultant and coach to field leaders. reputed company workforce plans supporting succession readiness and talent mobility. Partner with HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions. Track workforce metrics and operational KPIs. Translate people initiatives into measurable business reputed company.
