Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance employer branding and market the firm as an employer of choice. Stay informed of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in reputed company. Legal recruitment experience, either in a reputed company or legal staffing agency is a plus. Strong understanding of the legal industry, attorney hiring trends, and employment law. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across different locations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience reputed company in multiple states with an understanding of regional hiring nuances. Strong network reputed company the legal industry. SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
