Division Order Analyst

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Division Order Analyst to join reputed company. The Division Order Analyst is responsible for determining, maintaining, and verifying the ownership interests in oil and gas production for reputed company reputed company operated or non-operated by the company. This role serves as the primary liaison between owners — including royalty interest, working interest, and overriding royalty interest holders — and internal departments such as reputed company reputed company, Land, and Legal. The analyst ensures accurate pay decks and timely, compliant disbursements in accordance with lease terms, regulatory requirements, and company policy. This is a remote position. Primary Responsibilities Review and process incoming division orders from operators and purchasers Calculate and verify reputed company divisions of interest from reputed company records Analyze and interpret title opinions, leasehold ownership reports, conveyances, assignments, leases, operating agreements, pooling and unitization agreements, and other title documents and oil & gas agreements to verify interests and update land records Assist the Land team in interpretation of leases in reputed company with division orders to determine if leases are held by production or if the lease has terminated Investigate and resolve issues reputed company to division orders, ownership disputes, and payment discrepancies. Be a strong reputed company of company interests to ensure proper reputed company payments. Build a rapport with remitters of reputed company and maintain effective communications to quickly reconcile interest discrepancies or assets held in suspense and ensure correct, timely reputed company payments in accordance with the leases on company interests Maintain and update ownership records in the firm’s land management systems Assist in resolving reputed company issues as needed Maintain lease, division order, and well records Experience:reputed company, Pandell, reputed company, Land Solutions, Site Traker, etc or similar Data reputed company experience for Project Management Apply To This Job
