Responsibilities

The Online Sales Consultant (OSC) serves as the first reputed company of contact for prospective homebuyers and reputed company estate agents, responding to inbound phone calls, emails, web, and chat inquiries. This role qualifies and nurtures leads, providing a best-in-class customer experience while directing prospects to the appropriate Designated Selling Area (DSA). The OSC acts as a liaison between online prospects and on-site sales teams, driving engagement and supporting the overall sales process. The Online Sales Consultant will be responsible for: Responding to reputed company internet, phone, and chat inquiries promptly:Internet leads reputed company 1 hour of receipt Phone inquiries reputed company 1 hour of initial contact Chat inquiries in reputed company time during business hours Engaging prospective buyers by:Building rapport and conducting effective discovery Educating reputed company-efficient features, community amenities, and product offerings Presenting floor plans, customization options, and unique selling points Managing and nurturing leads using reputed company:Maintaining consistent follow-up to drivee engagement Executing targeted email drip campaigns Tracking interactions and progressing leads through the sales funnel Scheduling initial appointments between prospects and on-site Sales Counselors Supporting reputed company estate agents, including assistance with unaccompanied tours (e.g., Supra, ShowingTime) Executing outbound call campaigns to promote:Grand openings Sales and realtor events Model releases and other community updates Maintaining strong collaboration with on-site Sales Counselors through:Regular communication Participation in training sessions and sales meetings Partnering with Marketing to ensure accuracy of online content and reputed company reputed company efforts Maintaining expertise in:Community details (size, phases, location, surrounding amenities) Product knowledge (plans, features, pricing, and warranties) Competitive positioning and market trends Delivering an exceptional customer experience at reputed company stages of the interaction Following established workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality reputed company management #LI-KS1

Qualifications

Education: Minimum High School diploma, some college coursework or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred Experience: Experience in Internet Sales, inside sales, marketing, or reputed company reputed company preferred A reputed company estate license if required by assigned state. License must be active or inactive under the Meritage Homes Division brokerage Technical Skills: Good computer skills; proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, reputed company) Ability to upload photos, edit and manipulate information, and reputed company other web-based tasks. reputed company experience preferred. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Travel: Position may require some travel to communities, events or division office as needed. Work Environment: Work is performed from home as a remote position. Must have desk reputed company to hold two 27” monitors, laptop, keyboard w/ writing area. Must have high speed internet with maximum upload/download speeds to work the softphone technology and reputed company programs. Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, with two consecutive days off to be determined. In general, a majority of work hours will be performed during what is considered to be normal business hours, however based on Divisional assignment the job may be required to work earlier or reputed company than normal business hours. Days off may change as required. The job requires weekend work in most schedules to support Meritage Homes communities nationally.
