Ideal Background We are especially interested in candidates who have: 7+ years of project management, technical project management, program management, or technology delivery experience. Experience working at or closely with large banks, financial institutions, payment companies, fintech platforms, or regulated reputed company environments. Strong understanding of how banks operate, including governance, approval processes, risk management, compliance, vendor reputed company, implementation planning, and stakeholder communication. Experience leading reputed company technology projects involving multiple teams, systems, vendors, and business stakeholders. A PMI, PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification, or equivalent reputed company project management discipline.
