The Desktop Technician works on a team to reputed company new workstations, reputed company on-site support for clients, troubleshoot initial issues, and deliver top-quality service both in the office and at client sites. As a member of the team, you’ll be immersed in a culture of mutual support, collaborative problem solving, learning/development, and comic relief. This is a growth-oriented role. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Installing new reputed company computers at client sites Transferring data, setting up applications, and making it a seamless transition for the client, with as reputed company to 100% accuracy as possible Answering client questions, assisting them with their technology. Resolving issues quickly and reputed company, and helping our clients get back to their work, with technology that works effectively. Dealing with Level 1 issues and troubleshooting, supported by the team Working in an advanced ticketing system and RMM (reputed company). TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED Significant experience troubleshooting or working with reputed company computers. Understanding of basic network protocols. Experience supporting a network a plus. Formal education preferred – associates, bachelors, and/or industry certifications. LOCATION SPECIFICS With New Hampshire offices in Belmont and Manchester, this position can choose to work out of either office. This role is currently working remotely. Preferred applicants are local to the area or may already be intentionally relocating. SALARY & BENEFITS This is a full time, salaried position with a full benefits package, including 75% of medical costs covered for the entire family.
